MyISO, LLC makes Sketchwell. This policy covers the Sketchwell app for iPhone and iPad and this website.

The app

Sketchwell has no accounts, analytics or advertising, and it doesn't send your drawings to us. Your journals are stored in the app's folder on your device. iOS may include that folder in your device backups, depending on your settings. If you share a page, it goes wherever you choose to send it.

If you use Face ID or Touch ID for a private journal, iOS does the check. The app never receives your biometric data. Private journal codes are kept on your device as a salted hash.

This website

This site has no accounts, analytics or advertising, and we don't set cookies. What you draw on the home page stays in your browser and is gone when you leave. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, including limiting repeated waitlist requests.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you joined in a Cloudflare database, and we send ourselves an email saying you signed up. We use your address only to tell you when Sketchwell is out, and we may use an email delivery provider to send that message. We don't sell it.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell it.
